Privacy is core to FanmiRise. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, what we do not, and why.

Your dataYou do not have to take this policy on trust. Open your data to see exactly what is stored on this device, take a copy, or erase all of it.What we do not collect
Immigration status. A-numbers. USCIS case numbers. Passport scans or immigration documents. Social Security numbers. Bank credentials. Legal case details. We do not ask for these anywhere on this site, and we do not want them.
The Checkup runs on your device
Your Financial Safety Checkup answers are scored in your browser. They are never sent to FanmiRise.
Your answers, your score history and your plan are saved in this browser so that your plan is still there when you come back. They stay on this device: another browser or another phone has none of it, and there is no account or identifier tying any of it to you.
You can see exactly what is stored, download a copy, or erase all of it at any time, on the Your data page.
What we collect when you ask us to
If you request a conversation, join an early-access list, or contact us, we collect the information on that form: first name, one contact method, ZIP code, preferred language and time, and the topic. If you tick the box to share your score, we send your category scores — never your individual answers.
How we use it
To connect you with the licensed professional or partner you asked for, in your language, and to respond to your message. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the partner you chose, and we tell you at that moment.
Tools that store data on your device
The savings goal tracker and the Family Ready plan keep what you enter only on your device. We cannot see it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Analytics
We use privacy-focused analytics that do not use cookies and do not track you across sites. We see page counts, not people.
Your choices
Your Checkup answers, score and plan are yours to inspect, export or erase yourself on the Your data page. You do not need to ask us, because we never had a copy to give back or delete.
